Our delivery services are available within a specified radius of our restaurant location at 10403 100 Ave, Fort St. John, British Columbia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and order volume. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. A delivery fee may apply to all delivery orders, and the amount will be clearly stated at the time of ordering. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations or individuals at our discretion.
4. Dine-In Reservations
We accept reservations for dine-in services, which can be made by phone or in person. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred seating arrangements, we cannot guarantee specific table assignments. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to release your table if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders for takeout and delivery can be cancelled, but cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe after placing the order. Once the order has been prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds are provided at our discretion and are typically issued in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to unavailability of items or other unforeseen circumstances. For dine-in services, we appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel your reservation.
